You can continue using the app for local management with the free plan. Open Account → Subscription in the app for current paid offers, remote-access eligibility and payment options.
Before you start.
Does Shabakat support RouterOS 6 and 7?
Yes. Hotspot and User Manager workflows account for differences between RouterOS versions. User Manager requires the package and suitable router permissions.
Can I search using part of a card name?
Yes. Select Hotspot or User Manager in card lookup, enter part of the name and choose the intended result before reviewing or changing its account.
How do I add a camera or phone?
Open Subscribers → Hotspot → Hosts, expand its card and choose Add as customer. Review the available prefilled MAC address, IP and comment before saving.
Is a subscription required?
Keep managing locally with the free plan. The free plan supports local management; remote access requires an eligible subscription. Check Account → Subscription for current offers.
How do I install or update the app?
Download the official APK and open it on Android 9 or later. Allow installation for the browser or file manager only when Android requests it. Install updates over the existing app to retain its data.
